The first habit
We remember
How you take your coffee. The floatie your daughter left under the daybed — boxed, shipped, back in Toronto within the week. We write the small things down and act on them, because memory is most of what hospitality is.
Our story
You don't need marble bathrooms to feel special — you need to feel expected. And if you own a home here, you need to know that someone treats it like a business, and looks after it like it's their own. That's the whole idea. Everything we do follows from it.
The idea
We're hospitality people, and we're from here. Between us we've spent years along this coastline — front desks, kitchens, villas — long enough to keep noticing the same thing: beautiful homes delivering mediocre stays. A great house, a lockbox code, and silence.
We knew what was missing because we'd worked inside the alternative. The best small hotels greet you by name, cool the room before you land, and leave something on the table that says you were expected. None of that needs a lobby. It needs people who care and a system that never forgets — so we built one and called it Negril Welcomes.
It had to be Negril. This town keeps a rhythm worth protecting — fruit vendors setting up along One Love Drive before seven, Seven Mile going gold in the late afternoon, the West End cliffs handing the day over to the sea. A coastline this generous deserves hospitality that can keep up with it.
Owners feel the gap from the other side. Plenty have a manager; few have numbers they can actually read, or the sense that anyone walks their rooms the way they would. So we built for both from day one — stays that feel hosted, and an operation an owner can hold in their hands.
The house was never the problem. The welcome was.

How we host
Ask for our values and we'll tell you stories instead — the small, repeatable kind. These are the three that run the whole operation.
The first habit

The second habit
When we send you to a cook, a boat captain or a Thursday-night bar, the recommendation comes from our own lives, not a laminated binder. The drivers, chefs and vendors we bring into your stay are people we've known for years — and we pay them fairly, on time, every time.
The third habit
Once a month, every owner gets the numbers in plain language: what the home earned, what it cost, what we're changing next. No jargon, no surprises in December. If we'd want to know it about our own house, you'll know it about yours.
Tell us the trip you're imagining — the dates, the people, the pace — and a host will match it to the right home.
